Incorporation of Electronic Activities
There are numerous of useful sources available by other universities on particular topics of writing. Many of these sources assists in teaching the students specific subjects. For instance, when teaching students on the use of transitional phrases, I included a link in my lesson that had an interesting twist on the teaching of transitions (click here for the site). In my lesson, students were divided into teams, an whoever guess the correct location of the transition words/phrases won.
Another example of incorporation of electronic activities is the use of the Vinn Diagram. To see an illustration of how the vinn diagram was used, please see the video below:

Using Google Templates in Creating and Publishing Surveys
Knowing the student preference toward whether they prefer to receive feedback publicly or privately is important. Whereas some students do not mind having other students view the feedback they have received from the instructor, others find it awkward. Thus, I decided to ask the students one by one. However, I found it quite difficult to do so. Thus, I used Google Templates and created a survey inquiring the students of their preference. A PDF file of the results of the survey as illustrated by Google Templates is below. To see the survey online, click here

In addition, I have used the same tool to create a questionnaire asking the students of their opinion on peer tutoring and whether they found it helpful. For me as an instructor, these information are quite useful in modifying my lesson plans and devising activities that actually lead to learning. The response to the questionnaire is below.

Creating a Game
For purposes of reviewing the materials covered in class so far, I created a jeopardy game using PowerPoint.

Electronic Quizzes
In my class, I use electronic quizzes as a mean of teaching students instead of assessing them. Thus, I allow students to take the quiz more than once and the highest grade they receive in their multiple attempts will be the grade they receive for that assignment. An illustration of the quiz is in the video below:
